Your coaching has made significant changes in my life. Talking with you has made helped me through some of the moments when I felt stuck, confused, or uncertain about what to say or do next. There have been times when I was overwhelmed by circumstances in my life and couldn’t see clearly beyond the situation in front of me.
You have been someone I could talk to, someone who would listen without judgment, and someone who helped me sort things out—not only in my head, but also in my life. Your coaching has helped me slow down, and organize my next steps when I couldn’t see them for myself. You have challenged me to think, reflect, and take action rather than remain stuck.
I appreciate the guidance, perspective, and space you provide. Sometimes you don’t need someone to tell you what to do—you need someone who can help you find clarity within yourself. That is what your coaching has done for me. I am grateful for the impact your coaching has had on my life and for the person I continue to become through the process.

Working with Colin came at a time in my life when I really needed it. After going through a divorce, I found myself questioning my value and feeling like all the effort I had put into my life was somehow worthless. On top of that, my financial situation had changed dramatically, and I struggled with what that meant for my identity and my future.
Colin helped me work through those challenges by reminding me that my value isn’t defined by my circumstances, my finances, my possessions, or what I had achieved. My value comes from who I am. Just because things around me had changed didn’t mean that I had changed—or that I had lost my worth.
One of the biggest lessons I took away from coaching was learning to let go. I realized that some of the things I was desperately trying to hold onto were actually holding me back. They didn’t define me, and I didn’t need them in order to move forward. In fact, letting go gave me the space to grow, rebuild, and discover what was truly meant for me.
I’m not yet where I ultimately want to be, but I’m no longer lost. I’m moving forward with a clearer sense of who I am, what I want, and the path I’m on. Colin helped me get my mindset back on track and, more importantly, helped me see that my circumstances don’t determine my worth.
I’m rebuilding, I’m growing, and I’m on the road toward what is mine. I’m incredibly grateful to Colin for helping me see that.

I consider myself a high-performing person, but like anyone, I’ve had periods where I’ve lost my footing. In four sessions, Colin helped me identify and disrupt a mindset that was quietly influencing some very important decisions in my business and my life: I was making choices based on where I was at the moment, rather than the person I knew I could become.
One conversation in particular really stuck with me.
I was looking at moving into a cheaper living situation to save about $400 a month. On paper, it made sense. But the place was objectively a downgrade — and I was trying to convince myself that I should accept it because I was going through a difficult period financially.
Colin challenged me on it. Then he coached me on it. He essentially asked me to look at what I was telling myself I deserved. Was I making a smart financial decision, or was I unconsciously lowering my standards because my circumstances had changed? That hit me hard.
We talked about the difference between having a temporary setback and allowing that setback to redefine your identity. We talked about having a “bottom” — a standard you refuse to go below — without putting a ceiling on what’s possible.
That conversation completely reframed the situation for me. And it wasn’t just about housing. Like the living situation, I realized that I am settling for so many areas in my life.
We talked about how I was showing up — how I dressed, how I presented myself, how I saw myself, and ultimately how I was communicating my own value to the world. The phrase that stuck with me was essentially: stop showing up as the person you are in this moment and start stepping into the person you know you’re capable of becoming.
That’s what I’ve found different about Colin.
He doesn’t just give you answers. He gets underneath the decision and makes you examine why you’re making it in the first place. Four sessions gave me several moments where I caught myself thinking, “Wait… why am I accepting this?” — and those moments have been far more valuable than any checklist or piece of conventional business advice.
If you’re already ambitious and successful but know there’s another level you haven’t fully stepped into, Colin has a way of challenging the assumptions that are keeping you there. The next area that I want to work with him on is how I can disrupt limiting beliefs around sales.
He doesn’t just help you think differently. He makes you question whether the version of yourself you’re operating from is actually the version you want to be.
